EP 101 - Session IV

EP 101 - Session IV

Executive Protection 101 Course 1 Focuses on Handgun Retention and Disarming for Executive Protection agents, including: Disarm Methods, Retention Methods, Counters and more.

Career criminals and terrorists commonly train in weapon-disarming methods, so it is important to understand how they work and what you may be able to do to thwart them. This class focuses first on disarms with the firearm in a “presented” or drawn position, in case you are ever in a situation where you need to disarm a threat, and also so you will better understand the danger you may still face even though you may have already drawn your own weapon.

The EP 2018 series contains some of the basics of the executive protection industry. This is an introductory course, which is recommended to both seasoned professionals as well as new EP agents. This knowledge should be expanded upon after completion of this course, however, it is a great beginning and refresher for those currently in the EP field. This course has been created by security professionals staffed by Guardian Protection Force Inc., through formal education as well as empirical knowledge from working on assignments in the field. This course includes many aspects not covered in any other Executive Protection school and includes classroom and physical training. By the end of this course the student will be certified with a basic first aid card. Certification of completion will be given to those who complete the entire series.

Please Note: Although students can sign up for individual courses, certifications will only be given to students who complete the entire series.
